Logistri Acquires Two Industrial Properties in Gothenburg for SEK 113 Million

Logistri Fastigheter AB has announced the acquisition of two modern light industrial properties in Gothenburg. The total agreed property value amounts to SEK 113 million, with no deductions for latent tax.

The properties, which cover a combined 6,700 square meters of leasable space and a total land area of around 30,000 square meters, are fully leased with an annual rental income of SEK 7.1 million. The average remaining lease term is 4 years. The acquisition is set to be completed on April 15.

The acquired properties are:

  • Göteborg Gamlestaden 74:2, fully leased to RentSafe (part of Ramirent)
  • Härryda Solsten 1:137, fully leased to GBGT Box

The acquisition will be financed through a mix of existing cash reserves and bank debt.

“Logistri continues to grow in Gothenburg and strengthens its presence in the metropolitan region with these two high-quality properties. The investment also creates opportunities to further develop the properties through land with building rights, in close collaboration with our existing tenants,” said David Träff, CEO of Logistri Fastigheter AB.

Helax Capital Markets initiated the transaction and acted as an advisor to Logistri.
